Shipping is £4.99 anywhere in the UK, per order, but free if your order is over £65 (excluding shipping, UK only. Orders shipped anywhere outside the UK is a fixed fee of £14.99 per order, these are fixed fees so you can order what you like and the price does not increase..
All orders, UK and international, are typically processed within 2-4 business days. Orders from within the UK, delivery takes 1-3 business days while International delivery varies from country to country but typically takes between 4-18 business days, in all cases, we guarantee delivery or we will issue you a refund or replacement. All orders are carefully packaged in secure, plain, discrete packaging with no advertisements or company logos.
Yes, we do stock them so you can practise. You can order them from our microscopy category and for your first order we will send a random sample (fully labelled) but we will include a list of what is available so you can pick from this list when placing orders in future. Alternatively, you can send us an email and we can email you a PDF with the list of strains and how to order.
Yes, absolutely. When ukmushroomsupplies was established, back in 2010, our eBay shop was the first and longest stockiest of spores for microscopy use and for many years that was what we specialised in. We have strict sterility protocols and practises, backed up with the correct equipment and methods, this ensures every batch produced is of the highest standard, we have over 10 years of experience, practise and production and we guarantee all samples are contamination free.
Yes, we stock all products from our old site, plus additional new products, but we are adding more products on a daily basis and it may take a week or two for all our products to be added. We are adding products as fast as possible and so all products will be available on our site soon. You can email us and let us know what product you want to order and we will ensure it is added immediately, otherwise, all products will be added by the end of August 2021.
We accept the following payments method; PayPal, debit/credit card, cash by post and on-line/in-branch banking money transfer. If you wish to pay by cash by post, or by bank transfer, details on how to do this will appear when you place an order, just follow the instructions. You can grow any edible/culinary species you wish, e.g. blue oyster, king oyster, shiitake, lion's mane, pink oyster, etc,. or any other species you wish, we stock all these edible/culinary species and more. You can grow any other edible/culinary species you wish as the substrate is sterile and ready to use, just add spores/culture, just inoculate the kit with the species you wish to grow. Our kits are compatible with any of our 10ml edible/culinary spore/culture syringes, e.g. pink oyster, enokitake, pearl oyster, etc,.
If you have placed an order and it has not arrived yet, send us an email and we will check for any tracking and get back to you with an update. Every order we send, UK or worldwide, is sent with tracking and we guarantee delivery. There can be small delays due to custom processing times, general transit delays and delays caused by the pandemic due to the disruption to the worldwide delivery networks but your order will arrive but let us know and we will check the status for you.
